This cheesecake is a wonder recipe. Every time I’ve made it, people end up thinking I’m a masterchef. Little do they know that the only thing you need to know to make this cheesecake is how to use a blender. This cheesecake is classic Nigella- painfully easy, but ridiculously indulgent. And when I read the recipe on her site for the first time, I knew I had to try it.
You can find the recipe on Nigella Lawson’s site. I skipped the digestive biscuits and used oreos instead. I also skipped the hazelnuts, and topped the cake with crushed oreos. I didn’t want it to be too sweet, so I added the Nutella and sugar a little bit at a time, tasting before each addition. It was a BIG hit. And let me warn you, once you start eating it, it is quite difficult to stop.
