Nutella Strawberry Cake

A few weeks ago I found out that February 5th is World Nutella Day— celebration of this holiday should be made mandatory everywhere!

I’d been eyeing this cake for a while and couldn’t think of a better occasion to try it out!



Whipping cream is difficult to find so I used Amul cream and whipped it in an ice water bath- but the consistency was too watery, and so I couldn’t use it on the top of the cake. This is the first tiered cake I’ve ever made, so the result was quite messy, but layering the cake was quite enjoyable since the cream and Nutella became a muddled layer of delectable goo.




After tasting the cake I’ve come to the conclusion Nutella is one of man’s greatest creations 😀

    Hi Deepali! Cake looks yum. I’ve made this cake several times and loved it every single time. Try using Milky Mist’s Fresh Cream next time. The bowl in which you whip the cream and the beaters must be really cold for good results. Amul Cream cannot be whipped.
